Dr Raminder Dhillon
Dr Raminder Dhillon graduated from the University of Otago in New Zealand and went on to specialise in the field of Plastic and Reconstructive surgery where he trained in New Zealand and Melbourne.
Raminder currently holds positions as a consultant specialist in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Austin Hospital, Monash Health and Eastern Health in Melbourne and is involved in training and supervising trainee plastic surgeons.
Dr Dhillon was a recipient of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS/NZAPS) Plastic and Reconstructive Surgical Award and the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) Foundation for Surgery Research Scholarship. Raminder completed a Microsurgery Research Fellowship in 2010 at The Bernard O’Brien Institute of Microsurgery and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS).
Dr Dhillon’s main areas of interest is in reconstructive surgery and microsurgery especially in limbs and head and neck surgery. Raminder is involved in microsurgery for lymphoedema including lymph node transfer and lymphovenous anastamosis.
